ARAM Trust inaugurated the Free Computer Centre on 08-Oct-2008 for students. Nearly 1000 students got benifited so far by this computer centre and nearly 150 students are getting computer education as on date.

Since the demand for the computer education is more the trust has decided that a dedicated lab to accommodate at least 15 computers is the need of the hour.

Mr. J.M.Karthikeyan from TCS, Co-Founder of ARAM Trust, is travelling from Chennai to Valangaiman on every week ends, to take classes.

Since we have more than 150 students, ARAM Trust has separated the theory classes into 5 sessions. It starts at 8 AM, 9:30 AM, 11 AM, 12:30 PM, and 3 PM. Each session contains 30 students.

ARAM Trust has appointed 3 staff members to maintain the Computer Lab. Every day the students can use the lab facility for 1 hour. Since we have only 3 computers, ARAM Trust is trying out of their muscles to get more PC’s to make the students to get the computer education without any timing issues.

The lab was inaugurated by the Mr. Annadurai, DSP of Kumbakonam City on Nov 23, 2008. Mr. Gupendran, Director of People Welfare Department, Thiruvarur District, lightened the lamp.
